  • To process any return, we require an unboxing video as proof. The return request must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery. Returns without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

  • Exchanges are available for size issues. However, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with the exchange.

4. Customized and Altered Products

  • Products that have been customized or altered according to customer preferences are not eligible for refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

5. Shipping Charges for Size Exchanges.

  • For any size-related exchanges, the customer will be required to cover the shipping charges for sending the product back to us and for reshipping the new size
